Thank you so much for this! I meant to email earlier, but I have been engrossed in the audio lessons for preparing for the assessment center. The information has been tremendous. This will be my third time performing in a video taped assessment center, but the first time I have used any type of formal training guides. The first time I placed number one (1) on the Sergeants assessment and the second time I placed 4th on the Lieutenants assessment. I am eager to use your principles and practice your techniques over the next few weeks. Without knowing it, I have used some of these techniques in the past, but was missing some key points that you have pointed out. I purchased the complete program in August 2025 and used it to study for the lieutenant's promotional process for the Connecticut State Police in which I scored fourth out of 12 candidates.
