Make sure you are ready to excel in the promotional process by participating in a “Mock Assessment Center” designed to simulate the scenarios/exercises presented by your test vendor. In this two-hour intensive training program, you will be provided sample exercises and scenarios and then be evaluated (in person or zoom) by a nationally certified law enforcement assessor. As part of this evaluation, you will receive a detailed assessment on your performance, along with personal coaching on how to improve your performance and score maximum points in the Assessment Center.
