This program provides you four hours of personal coaching and development from an accomplished law enforcement commander, test designer, and nationally certified assessor who will teach you how to successfully prepare for the Written Exam, Assessment Center, and/or the Oral Board components of your promotional process. Based on your specific needs and requests, the instructor customizes this program to help you develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to excel in the promotional process. Through weekly training sessions, the instructor will: (1) teach you proven strategies for succeeding in each component of your process, (2) review the study material and give you practice tests for the Written Exam, (3) put your through practice scenarios and exercises for the Assessment Center and give you assessor feedback, and (4) identify questions and quality responses for the Oral Board.

You can schedule the training sessions to accommodate your work schedule on any day of the week at any time. You may also purchase additional coaching sessions upon request.
