Beat out your competition in your promotional process and achieve your goal of being promoted by taking this program that provides four hours of one-on-one personal coaching and development from an experienced test designer and nationally certified assessor who will teach you how to successfully prepare for the Written Promotional Exam, Assessment Center, and Oral Board components of your promotional process.

This four hour program is custom designed to meet your individual needs in preparing for your specific promotional process and includes: (1) study methods for identifying the possible test questions and analyzing them to determine the correct answers on the written exam, (2) strategies for responding to the various assessment center scenarios and exercises, (3) techniques for presenting yourself and responding to the various questions asked in the Oral Board, and (4) how to score maximum points in each component of the promotional process.

This program can be taken in person, on zoom, or on a conference call.

Candidates may also sign up for additional coaching sessions as they proceed through the program.
