During his 36-year career, Colonel Tim Gillette was evaluated as one of the top candidates in each Assessment Center process he competed in. He served as a nationally certified assessor and helped design the promotional processes and assessment center exercises for his agency. For the past 29 years, he has successfully trained thousands of law enforcement officers around the country for their promotional processes. His students have consistently achieved the highest scores in their promotional processes. He is a certified law enforcement instructor and teaches leadership and criminal justice programs at Nova Southeastern University and Broward College Institute for Public Safety. He is a graduate of the Southern Police Institute and the Senior Management Institute for Police. He has earned a Doctorate degree in both Organizational Leadership and Higher Education Leadership, a Master/Science degree in Public Administration, and a Bachelor/Science degree in Journalism. He has been published through the U.S. Department of Justice and the International City and County Managers Association.
